We will need the following information:
- Names and phone numbers of all participants and their lawyers (if they are represented by counsel).
- Is there a lawsuit pending?
- If yes, we need the name of the case and case number.
Cost of Mediation:
A retainer, ranging from $1,400.00 to $2,500.00 depending on the complexity of the matter, is applied to the time spent convening the mediation, for the mediation itself and any post mediation work that may be required. Time is billed in ½-hour increments at the rate of $350.00 per hour which is divided equally between the participants. A minimum of four hours is charged for the mediation, any unused portion of the retainer beyond the four hour minumum is returned at the conclusion of the mediation.
